Large Hailstones Pelt Down in Central Texas, Amid Severe Thunderstorm Warning
Severe thunderstorm warnings were in place for counties in central Texas on April 8, the National Weather Service (NWS) said, with footage described as showing heavy hail in Bruceville-Eddy.
The NWS issued a severe thunderstorm warning that “ping-pong” sized hail and wind speeds up to 60 mph were likely.
