Large office complex in downtown Santa Fe is for sale

Oct. 9—A pair of downtown office buildings with a shared courtyard at 150 Washington Ave. and 125 Lincoln Ave. is for sale once again.

Winter Park, Fla.-based CTO Realty Growth Inc. acquired the complex in December 2021 when the buildings had 66% occupancy and has built it up to 81%.

Tenants include The Bull Ring, La Boca, The Santa Fe New Mexican, Regus, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley and a number of galleries.

"There is no asking price," said Tai Bixby of Real Estate Advisors, which is listing the property.

Real Estate Advisors will see what offers come forth. Bixby, Tom Jenkins and Jacob Rocker are the listing agents.

The four-story structures built in 1984 total about 137,000 square feet.
