LaRose stops in Lima to honor Eagle Scouts

Mar. 13—LIMA — An annual dinner was held for the Boy Scouts of America on Saturday evening.

Secretary of State Frank LaRose was the speaker for the event held in Lima at the UNOH event center. According to a recent press release, the event is held to honor the 2022 class of Eagle Scouts. LaRose is an Eagle Scout.

He was joined by the former Ohio House of Representatives Speaker Bob Cupp, who served as the master of the ceremonies, according to the release. One Eagle Scout, Jonathan Wank, was given a scholarship for $1,000 at Saturday's event.
