When police arrived at the scene, they were contacted by Moreno’s wife and Moreno who turned himself in to police without incident.

Officers then located a man lying in a driveway at a home nearby. The man was identified as a person in his 40s suffering from several gunshot wounds, he was later pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
