Severe storms brought flooding to Las Vegas, Nevada, on the evening of July 28 after the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the city.

This footage, recorded by Jeffrey A Lustick, shows cars driving through the flooded streets and lightning flashing in the sky.
