A year later, Ocean City family hopes for justice for son killed in hit-and-run

A family is still grieving the death of an Ocean City 14-year-old. This July will be one year since a hit-and-run killed Gavin Knupp, with the incident still defined by controversy and questions. People may have seen signs around the beach town that read, "Justice for Gavin." WBAL-TV investigates the incident that took his life.
