Latest bench warrant list released by Bluefield, WV Police Department

BLUEFIELD, WV (WVNS) — On January 24, 2024, the latest bench warrant list was released by the Bluefield West Virginia Police Department.

The bench or arrest warrants were issued by the Bluefield City Municipal Court, and does not show the entire Bluefield WV Police Department warrant list. The people on the list have a couple options for what they can do.

The Bluefield West Virginia Police Department would like to contact these people to clear up their City Municipal Court matters.

The arrest warrants are for serious issues, not just traffic tickets, and the individuals may have been convicted of: DUI, assault, prostitution, destruction of property, obstructing an officer, possession of a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia, and/or other offenses.

The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and the listed individuals have had prior convictions of crimes charged through the City of Bluefield.

  • Letisha Diallo – 5/22/1978 – Bluefield, WV

  • William Marrs – 2/03/1983- Bluefield, WV

  • James Woods – 9/20/1983- Bluefield, WV

  • John Lovell – 8/10/1978- Bluefield, WV

  • Domingo Calvo – 2/15/1976- Bluefield, WV

  • David Smith – 6/08/1966- Princeton, WV

  • Shawn Lambert – 1/18/1977- Bramwell, WV

They can either turn themselves in at the Bluefield City Police Department where they will then be processed through the jail, given a bond amount, and released and given a future court date if they make bond, or they can go to the Bluefield City Police Department and pay the fine if they have a Show Cause warrant, and the warrant will then be dismissed.
