Here’s the latest on Lynx’s CEO search

Public bus agency Lynx’s board of directors will decide soon on whether to keep its interim CEO or search for a successor.

The organization -- known officially as the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority -- on Jan. 26 will consider either keeping Tiffany Homler Hawkins in the role or conducting a search for CEO.

Homler Hawkins has served in the role as interim since prior CEO Jim Harrison died in August 2022.

Lynx spokesman Matt Friedman said the board will decide the final direction it wants to go during its meeting.
