- Hi, everyone. My name is Steph and welcome to "In the Know-- Game On." We will delve into the hottest trends in gaming across multiple platforms and products. Today, we're going to do a deep dive on VR. The three most popular VR headsets are the Meta Quest 2, the Sony PlayStation VR, and the HTC Vive.

The Sony PlayStation works with both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles to act as an extension of your hardware. It has nine LEDs positioned on the front, back, and sides of the PlayStation VR headset, ensuring pinpoint accuracy within the game world wherever you are in the room.

Alternatively, the Meta quest 2's focus on display quality and motion tracking makes the device better for classic scenic VR experiences. You can use it for multiplayer games, productivity apps, or to watch 360 videos.

And last, we have the HTC Vive. It has an expansive movement coverage with a wide tracking field of view, 2880 by 1700 combined resolution, and an adjustable IPD for visual comfort and quality.

Whether you want to feel like you're taking a virtual tour of the National Museum of Natural History, or you want to dominate in a first-person shooter game like "Boneworks," VR is for you. I'm Steph, and this is "In the Know-- Game On." Peace.
