Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) tried to take a swipe at President Joe Biden with a tweet about April Fools’ Day, but the joke ended up being on her.
Boebert, a QAnon conspiracy theory-endorsing Donald Trump sycophant, wrote on Twitter that the annual tradition of pulling practical jokes on the first day of April “feels a bit less relevant this year given the foolishness that has gone on daily at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue since January 20th.”

Wags on Twitter slammed Boebert and reminded her of the foolishness that defined the Trump White House:
Actually, the good that the current administration has done since January 20th has saved our country. Last year we had a year-long April fool's day that finally came to an end on January 20, 2021.

April fool’s day felt a bit irrelevant for the previous four years because everyday of criminal trump’s presidency was a joke. https://t.co/9zYj5Pzvnb

Sorry, you’re young & stupid & have the Trump years as an example. My dear, this is how a President is actually suppose to act. No golfing, no name calling, no Tweeter rants, no calling everything “fake news” it’s so nice to have an adult in charge again https://t.co/r7mF0VkvUc
