New law firm sets up shop on St. Michael's Drive
Nov. 7—The Berg, Jones & Walsh P.A. law firm launched Oct. 1 with offices at 460 St. Michael's Drive, Building 300, Suite 301.
Partners Jacqueline Berg, Jeremy Jones and Joseph Walsh amicably departed from the Sommer Udall law firm.
"We came to the conclusion together to do something together and follow a different model," Jones said. "We want to attract talented lawyers. In order to do that, talent demands that model to work at home."
Berg, Jones and Walsh are not working remotely at this time, but their law office has updated software to manage files better and also allow lawyers to work anywhere.
"It's charming to be downtown, but it's not necessary," Jones said.
Jones focuses on commercial law, Walsh on litigation, and Berg handles estate planning and guardianships.
