Leadership Clarksville and Chamber of Commerce hold political forums

Montgomery County voters who wish to hear the voices and platforms of candidates in the State Primary and County General Election now have an opportunity.

Political forums for contested races on the Aug. 4 election ballot were recently videotaped for continuous viewing until Election Day. Early voting for the Aug. 4 election runs from July 15-30.

The videotaped sessions sponsored by the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Clarksville were conducted at the downtown Customs House Museum & Cultural Center.

Candidates fielded questions from panelists about policy and qualifications for each office that will appear on the ballot.
