League of Legends (LoL) recently got a hotfix-focused patch following the release of the massive 12.10 update last week.

With the 12.10b patch, developer Riot Games is making changes to a dozen champions, restoring some of the healing and shielding they removed in 12.10 while also decreasing the late game scaling some carry champions have enjoyed.

Here are all the changes for patch LoL12.10b you should know about:

Champion Buffs:

Diana

Some significant buffs were given to Diana’s W shield to help her keep up with the durability of other champions while her E’s magic damage got a bit of a boost as well.

We might find some players experimenting on a tank Diana build in the coming days, but it’s yet to be seen if this will be viable.

Pale Cascade (W)

Base Shield: 25/40/55/70/85 >40/55/70/85/100

Lunar Rush (E)

Magic Damage 40/60/80/100/120 (+40% AP) > 50/70/90/110/130 (+45% AP)

Draven

Draven the Glorious Executioner has been hit pretty hard by the durability updates because of the lifesteal nerfs, along with the fact that everyone’s just generally tankier.

Since he easily gets outscaled by an AD Carry in the late game, the champion is getting some well-deserved buffs.

The bonus gold on his passive will also help him build items faster while the additional damage from his Q will make it easier for him to have comfortable counterplays in the bottom lane.

League of Draven (Passive)

Bonus Gold on Kill: 25 (+2 per Adoration stack) > 40 (+2.5 per Adoration stack)

Spinning Axe (Q)

Bonus Damage: 40/45/50/55/60 (+70/80/90/100/110% bonus AD) > 45/50/55/60/65 (+75/85/95/105/115% bonus AD)

Kled

Kled's buffs are nice to have but aren't going to affect his gameplay much. (Photo: Riot Games)

Kled’s buffs aren’t going to affect his gameplay too much, especially because his ultimate is very situational.

With that said, these buffs are a welcome change.

Violent Tendencies (W)

Cooldown: 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 > 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds

CHAAAAAAARGE!!! (R)

Cooldown: 160/140/120 >140/125/110 second

Renekton

Renekton's been quiet all year, so his buffs may wake the sleeping beast. (Photo: Riot Games)

LoL's resident humanoid crocodile hasn’t been popular since the beginning of the season and the durability update did little to help him out.

So in 12.10b, he received powerful buffs that will hopefully bring him back into the metagame for the Summer Split.

Cull of the Meek (Q)

Cooldown 8 > seconds

Base healing against champions: 10/14/18/22/26 > 12/18/24/30/36

Q (Empowered)

Base Healing against champions: 30/42/54/66/78 > 36/54/72/90/108

Vladimir

Vlad is strong enough, so why is he getting buffs again? (Photo: Riot Games)

We’re not honestly sure why the Crimson Reaper is getting some buffs since he’s doing pretty well even after the 12.10 update.

With a bit of additional scaling potential, Vladimir might start to become problematic on the Summoner’s Rift soon.

Transfusion (Q)

Heal: 20/25/30/35/40 (+30% AP) >20/25/30/35/40 (+35% AP)

Q (Empowered)

Additional Heal at 3.5% per 100 AP >+4% per 100 AP

Additional Heal against minions: 30% > 35%

Yuumi

The devs are bringing the Magical Cat’s old healing potential back, which can be big for her.

The extra 10% on Yuumi's AP will make this champion a good scaling type of support.

Zoomies (E)

Heal: 65/90/115/140/165 (+25% AP) > 70/100/130/160/190 (+35% AP)

Mana Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 (+15% maximum mana) > 40/45/50/55/60 (+12% maximum mana)

Champion Nerfs:

Anivia

Anivia has been running down the Rift since 12.10’s release, with the Liandry’s Anguish build being a bane for players.

The Cryophoenix is receiving a sizeable nerf due to a reduced damage output from Frost Bite and a longer cooldown for Flash Frost.

Since the latter is the second ability you’ll maxing out second, you’ll feel the impact of the nerf midgame.

Flash Frost (Q)

Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 > 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

Frost Bite (E)

Magic damage: 50/80/110/140/170 > 50/75/100/125/150

Kayle

Kayle was destroying the meta, so Riot pulled back her power.(Photo: Riot Games)

Kayle has been destroying the meta since 12.10 thanks to her on-hit damage and because her E scales off the target’s missing health.

Devs have decided to pull back Kayle’s power so she wouldn’t run down the mid lane uncontrolled and allowing other champions to have some counterplay against her.

The nerfs will notably hit her early game and her scaling hard.

Health growth: 99 > 92

Base magic resistance: 26 >22

Starfire Spellblade (E)

Active bonus magic damage on-hit: 8/9/10/11/12 percent (+two percent per 100 AP) > 7/8/9/10/11 percent (+1.5 percent per 100 AP) of target’s missing health.

Taliyah

The Stoneweaver has recently gotten a pretty good update to her kit.

But 12.10 may have indirectly buffed her a bit too much, so the devs are pulling back her roaming potential.

Taliyah's roaming potential will get hit as the bonus movement speed she gets at level 9, 15 and 18 were reduced.

The changes to her E will seem like a buff in the early game but comes out to an overall nerf once you reach the late game.

Rock Surfing (Passive)

Bonus movement speed: 10/20/35/55 percent > 10/15/25/40 percent (levels 1/9/12/15)

Falloff Time: 2.5 > three seconds

Threaded Volley (Q)

Slow on Worked Ground: 30/35/40/45/50 percent for two seconds > 20/25/30/35/40 percent for 1.5 seconds

Damage against first enemy hit: 200 percent > 190 percent

Unravelled Earth (E)

Slow: 20/22/24/26/28 percent > 20 percent at all ranks

Stun duration: 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1 > 0.75 seconds at all ranks

Senna

Senna's early game will make her more vulnerable. (Photo: Riot Games)

Senna’s early game and scaling have been hit in 12.10b, which significantly reduced her base health.

Base health: 590 > 560

Absolution (Passive)

Bonus physical damage: 1-16 percent (by level 11) > 1-10 percent (by level 10) of target’s current health

Vayne

Vayne the Night Hunter is one of the champions that is pretty difficult to tweak because it’s easy to overdo her buffs and nerfs.

In this case, Riot decided that Vayne should be more vulnerable in the early game, which we think is the right way to go.

Base health: 585 > 550

Silver Bolts (W)

Bonus true damage: 50/65/80/95/110 (+4/6.5/9/11.5/14 percent of target’s maximum health) > 50/65/80/95/110 (+4/6/8/10/12 percent of target’s maximum health)
