If you've been setting the table for lots more dinners at home lately, we've got great news for you: Today, Leanne Ford launches a travel-inspired tabletop collection for Crate & Barrel. "This is the first tabletop collection I’ve designed, and I was lucky enough to travel with the Crate & Barrel team to Portugal to get inspired and learn about the endless design options we had for this collection," the star of HGTV's Restored by the Fords tells House Beautiful. The collection comes on the heels of her wildly popular furniture line for Crate & Barrel.

Designed to mimic the look of a casual collection, the 28-piece line features ceramic dinnerware and serving pieces with unique textured finishes that are "perfectly imperfect." The collection is in Ford's signature neutral color palette of black, white, and cream, making it all easy to mix and match. "I wanted to create something that, even piled up in the sink, it looks pretty," Ford says.

Focusing on the line's functionality beyond food, Ford created pieces that serve more than one purpose. The pitchers, for example, can both double as vases. Filled with florals, they make beautiful centerpieces for a dining table or accent pieces on a shelf.

Ford's advice for styling her pieces? Have no fear. The collection's chic, accessible designs take the guesswork out of creating a gorgeous tabletop for any occasion.

In addition to her tabletop collection, Ford also released a new kids' furniture collection for Crate & Kids, the first celebrity collab for the brand. Ford drew inspiration from her daughter, Ever, who is now 18 months old, to design the collection. Featuring Ford's cool, casual style with polished playfulness, the line has more than 60 pieces across a variety of kids' spaces, including bedrooms, nursery and playrooms. "The line has hints of the joys of life throughout, but with clean simple lines that create (much needed) calm to a kid’s space," she tells House Beautiful.

Ford designed the line with parents in mind, creating relaxed, chic pieces that won't compromise the style of the rest of the home. "My inspiration was more about the parents than the kids; let’s be honest, we are the ones that have to stare at this furniture all hours of the night—that is, if we can keep our eyes open in the first few months," she jokes. "I wanted to create pieces that we could enjoy, but were kid friendly and fun." From a whimsical guitar-shaped rug (which nods to Ford's love of rock 'n' roll) and a playful asymmetrical heart mirror to a cozy swivel chair and a matching ottoman, the line has pieces the whole family will love.
