Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter
The Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter is offering $29 adoption fees on all dogs that have been at the shelter for longer than 29 days through Leap Day. A regular adoption fee is $95.

Krispy Kreme customers can get a dozen original glazed doughnuts for $2.29 with the purchase of any regularly priced dozen.
Customers with a birthday on Leap Day will also be about to get a free dozen doughnuts with no purchase necessary.

Marco’s Pizza is offering 29% off pizzas for Leap Day using the code LEAP29. The offer is available through March 3 on the Marcos Pizza app and online only.
Wendy’s
On Thursday, Wendy’s customers can get a free Cinnabon Pull-Apart during breakfast hours, with no purchase necessary.
