Specialists and faculty from GRCC will be present at the event to help prospective students understand admissions and financial aid processes. Information on program eligibility, including Michigan Reconnect and the Michigan Achievement Scholarship, will also be available.

“Open houses are a good first step to learn more about how a GRCC degree or career certificate can change lives,” Lori Cook, associate dean of access and first year success, wrote in a statement. “We encourage everyone to come on down, meet with our experts, and get all their questions answered."

Those attending the open house who enroll at GRCC could win a $500 scholarship. Walk-ins are welcome at the event, but students can reserve a spot by registering at grcc.edu/openhouse.
