Leaving Scene Of An Accident, DUI: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Nov. 23

  • Patrick Harkness, 43, of the 13200 block of Red Drive, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to report a vehicle accident and driving too fast for conditions following a traffic accident in the 12500 block of Derby Road. Harkness was issued a Dec. 18 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Nov. 27

  • Lisa Martenson, 53, of the 400 block of Kromray Road, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. for violation of orders of protection following an incident in the 400 block of Kromray. Martenson appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

Nov. 29

  • Magdalena Hodurek, 24, of Lockport, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. for DUI-alcohol, operation of uninsured vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following an incident at Archer Avenue and Main Street. Hodurek was issued a Dec. 14 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

  • Alejandro Trejo, 48, of Terre Haute, Indiana, was arrested at 6:49 a.m. for driving while license suspended and speeding 21-25 over the limit following a traffic stop in the 16400 block of New Avenue. Trejo was issued a Dec. 14 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
