Will LeBron James Take Home the NBA Scoring Title?

With about 10 games left in the season, the NBA is locked in the tightest race for the scoring title in league history. The Lakers’ LeBron James, the 76ers’ Joel Embiid, and the Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo are all hovering right around 30 points per game. A mere fraction separates the trio. If that dead heat holds, this season would break the record for the closest three-man scoring chase, which currently goes to the 1985-86 season. LZ and Will talk about who they think will seize the honor, and who has the best story to go with it. Embiid would be the first center to do so in more than 20 years. Antetokounmpo would join Michael Jordan as the only player to win MVP, Finals MVP, DPOY, and a scoring title. And James, who just last week took over Karl Malone’s second place spot on the all-time NBA scoring list, would be the oldest scoring champ ever and the first player to win scoring titles at least 14 years apart.
