For many basketball fans of a certain age, Michael Jordan’s legacy is just as intertwined with his exploits on the basketball court as they are his starring role in “Space Jam.”

LeBron James’ career could take on a similar path if his new film, “Space Jam: A New Legacy,” can make good on the lofty expectations it will face. While there’s no indication of just how good the movie will be, we got our first glimpse of James’ movie on social media Saturday when he dropped a clip on his Instagram account.

The clip shows only a concerned James standing next to a terrified Bugs Bunny, so we don’t have much to go on there.

But James did share a message indicating the release of “Space Jam: A New Legacy” will be here in our near future. “LET’S GO!!!!! @spacejammovie coming at y’all in just a few months from now! I’m so EXCITED about this project!!! CAN NOT WAIT FOR YOU GUYS TO SEE!”
