Lee County Tax Collector waives replacement fees for residents impacted by Jan. 16 tornado
Document replacement fees for Lee County residents at mobile home parks impacted by the Jan. 16 tornado have been temporarily waived.
Lee County Tax Collector Noelle Branning announced Monday that the waiver had been arranged with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle for residents of Century 21 Mobile Community, Tropicana Mobile Manor and Cottage Point for the following document replacement fees waived between now and March 22:
Disabled parking permits
License plates and validation stickers
Vehicle registrations and titles
Vessel registrations and titles

Branning previously announced that her offices are also temporarily waiving appointment requirements for impacted residents seeking Tax Collector services. Those residents can walk into any Lee County Tax Collector Office, identify themselves as a resident of a mobile home park affected by the storm, and receive service that same day.
