Having access to their electronic health record helps patients be more aware and empowered to be more involved in and in control of their health and wellness. At Lee Health, we provide our patients with the convenience of 24/7/365 access to their health records through MyChart. Powered by Epic, MyChart is a user-friendly interface with features that enhance the healthcare experience.

With MyChart, patients can:

  • Easily view their health summary, medications and most test results.

  • Seamlessly schedule, request or cancel appointments, including blood or lab services.

  • Access their comprehensive medical record.

  • View statements and conveniently pay bills.

  • Receive important health reminders for proactive care.

  • Request prescription refills effortlessly.

  • Communicate securely with their physician’s office via messages.

  • Manage the healthcare of their loved one, ensuring their well-being, too.

One of the key advantages of MyChart is its widespread adoption by health systems across the country that utilize Epic. This interconnectedness ensures that even when traveling, patients’ medical records remain accessible to hospitals and health systems that also employ Epic. This capability allows individuals to access their medical records conveniently through MyChart.
