Want to see a life-sized Darth Vadar made out of LEGOs? Or maybe Woody from the Toy Story series?

Then you're in luck!

Brick Fest Live, a fan-created experience all about the colorful blocks, is coming to Columbus Jan. 14 and 15 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, 400 N. High St.

Brick Fest was created in 2014 by Philadelphia father Chad Collins and his daughter who started a YouTube channel together about LEGOs and wanted to take it out on the road, according to website Ark-La-Tex Weekend. The event tours across the country and has attracted more than 500,000 people.

Collins told USA TODAY in 2017 that the experience can unite generations of Lego fans.

"You are experiencing Lego as a family unit. You are sitting alongside your child building with them, and your child is listening to you as their parent or guardian, and there’s nothing they want more in their life than for you to play with them," he said.

Here is what you can expect to see at the Columbus event:

Hands-on activities rule event

For those who want to get in on the action, hands-on activities will be offered for the entire family like the Minecraft Zone, based off the popular video game.

A glow-in-the-dark experience is available in the Glow Zone and guests can engage in derby races on 35-foot-long tracks. Then there's the floor mural, where guests can add their own bricks to a design.
