TRI-CITIES, Tenn./Va. (WJHL) — A building event for National LEGO Day, Miss Johnson City/ Historic Jonesborough Scholarship Competition and a Fortnite tournament for children are all happening this weekend in the Tri-Cities.

Kingsport Fortnite Tournament
Children can participate in a Fortnite tournament on XBOX and PlayStation systems and build a fort out of cardboard boxes
Hosted by Kingsport’s Parks and Recreation Department

“Think Outside the Blocks” event hosted by the Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Department and the Elizabethton/Carter County Public Library

Robot Drone League (RDL) Competition
Robots built by various teams will face real-world agricultural challenges, highlighting machine design and collaboration during the competition
