Lego-themed burger joint popping up in Orlando this fall

Wannabe Master Builders can get their “master burger” on when Brick Burger, a Lego-inspired pop-up restaurant, opens for a two-day stint this September.

The location is still to-be-announced — it’ll be somewhere on Jeff Fuqua Blvd in Orlando — but tickets for the event are already available online. $47 plus fees will get you a burger, a drink and admission into a “brick-themed restaurant … with colourful brick walls, themed furniture and even a brick building station where you can let your imagination run wild and create your own brick designs,” says the event website.

Brick Burger will be curated by Australia-based Explore Hidden, which works with event promoters in Orlando and other cities, including Los Angeles, Denver, San Francisco and Sydney, to craft unique experiences worldwide. This isn’t their first Orlando rodeo; Explore Hidden has hosted several themed cocktail experiences in town, as well.

In addition to the Brick Burger experience, which has already announced dates, other Orlando up-and-comers this year include a Chicken Wing Festival, Boozy Donut Festival and Abba Dancing Queen Brunch.

In addition to beef patties, Brick Burger will offer chicken and veggie sandwich options. Presumably, all will be more forgiving should you wind up stepping on them in the middle of the night.
