Legoland Florida Theme Park and Peppa Pig Theme Park reopened on Saturday after cleanup efforts following days of closures forced by Hurricane Ian. Legoland Water Park will reopen on Saturday, though two of the park’s slides, the Twin Chasers and Splash Out, will remain temporary closed, the release said.

A new ride, Pirate River Quest, is now scheduled to open early next year. Legoland had planned to open the ride in November, but that has been delayed by unusually high water levels in the canals of Cypress Gardens, the Winter Haven Chain of Lakes and the Peace River, the release said. Pirate River Quest will be a captain-driven boat ride navigating the natural passageways of Lake Eloise and Cypress Gardens.
