Lennon Stella, Lauren Jauregui Will Perform on Global Citizen's "Together At Home" Series

Standing in the queue for hours isn't necessary to enjoy an intimate concert with artists like Lennon Stella and Lauren Jauregui. The latest installment of Global Citizen's "Together at Home" concert series has returned to feature Lennon, Lauren, and more.

Following nearly two weeks of free online concerts, the Global Citizen Instagram page announced a slate of new shows airing today (March 30). Beginning today at 3 p.m. EST, you'll be able to enjoy performances from Lauren, Lennon, Tayla Parx, and Alaina Castillo. Today's performances come as part of a continued series meant to encourage fans to stay home during the coronavirus pandemic and give them something to enjoy while they're doing it. Previous performances included Chris Martin of Coldplay, John Legend, and a duet featuring Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes. Variety reports that through the concerts, the organization intends to "drive people on both personal behavioral actions, but also on systemic actions that they can take to tackle coronavirus.”

As for today's performances, Tayla, a singer/songwriter who has collaborated with some of the biggest names in music including Ariana Grande and Normani gets things started at 3 p.m. Her performance is followed by an appearance from Alaina, a rising star who has recently gained attention with her single, "I Don't Think I Love You Anymore."

The day closes out with a performance from former Fifth Harmony member Lauren Jauregui (who has said her debut solo album will drop in 2020), and then one from Nashville star-turned-pop pro Lennon Stella. Lennon is slated to release her debut full album, Three. Two. One on April 24. She had previously released the single, "Golf on TV," earning the attention of Billboard.

Fans will have to stay tuned to see what other artists end up sharing a live performance from their living room, but as Hugh Evans, the Australian-bred philanthropist who is the co-founder and CEO of Global Citizen, told Variety, other non-musical celebs have stopped by, including Priyanka Chopra and Kerry Washington. As for the continued purpose behind the performance, Evans wants viewers to see and understand that even celebrities are taking this seriously, saying, "Now more than ever, we need particularly young people, but really everyone, to be at home. And I think that artists can lead the way to demonstrate that they are at home, and that that doesn’t mean that we still can’t be in touch with one another and still build community. We’ve just got to find a different way to do it.”
