On Sunday night, I’ll be playing my own homemade game called Super Bowl Bingo – Taylor’s Version.

Some 53% of U.S. adults are Taylor Swift fans. Millennial females, between the ages of 27 and 42, make up the majority followed by Baby Boomers (ages 60- 78), Gen Xers (ages 44- 59) and Gen Z – those 26 and younger.

If Super Bowl advertisers are ready for it and have the budget, we may see more messages aimed toward Swift’s base of females and not your typical beer, fast food or snack food commercials.

Apex Marketing Group recently reported that Swift's association with the NFL has already added around $330 million in brand value to the Kansas City Chiefs and the league. The recent Chiefs vs. Ravens playoff game was the most-watched AFC Championship ever, averaging 55,473 million viewers. What could the Super Bowl do?

While I don’t expect Taylor to endorse or appear in any ads, I will be rooting on the following industries to take out a $7 million, 30-second ad to make themselves (and me) a winner in one of my Bingo card slots.

From beauty ads to airline commercials

Whether it’s a bright shade of red lipstick, hair straightening tools, curl defining products or perfumes, I’ll be ready for the beauty ads. And with Taylor’s pre-concert workout routine all over the news, let’s see what Peloton, Planet Fitness, Wegovy, Weight Watchers and athletic apparel brands come up with to take and shake the weight off. And if you want to feel 22, Botox may be for you!

Airlines have already started rolling out creative marketing flights to Vegas. The hotel industry has estimated over $200 million from Swift’s first 53 concerts in her Eras Tour. Persuaded by a creative advertising campaign, maybe Swifties can help them avoid getting in the red?

Viewers can stay in style with fashion retailers like Rent The Runway, The RealReal, Macys, Kohl’s, Walmart and Target. And let’s not forget the shoes – from heels to sneakers and even bejeweled boots.

We saw Swift in awe onstage with her childhood idols Justin Timberlake and the rest of *NSYNC at the 2023 MTV VMAs. Timberlake’s team should know all too well the power of advertising his 2024 World Tour to Swifties.

Teen phenom in Lee County: 'When I make it really famous': Taylor Swift talked about future before 2007 Florida concert

What is Taylor Swift known for besides being a hit singer/songwriter? I think there’s a good possibility of promoting new love stories through popular dating app ads.

The Eras Tour became the highest-grossing concert film of all time, earning $261.6 million worldwide. While movies have often been advertised during the big game, I would expect to see ads for upcoming releases like “Ghostbusters,” “Dune,” “Despicable Me,” “Wicked” and more.

Car ads are a staple during the Super Bowl, but will one of them get away with a “Getaway Car”  mention? If so, I really hope Jason Kelce and the Manning brothers are in it!

Fans love to go where the stars live, work and play. Tourism agencies promoting  Nashville and NYC would be a win: “They’ll be waitin’ for you!”

What about leveraging those popular friendship bracelets?

Everyone is getting in on the friendship bracelet craze. So, where do you get those cute beads, charms and elastic materials for your adorable little ones begging to make them? I’m thinking Michaels, JOANN, Hobby Lobby and Amazon could make us do stuff with their ads.

Have no idea who Taylor Swift is? Ask your millennial family member or friend to help you download streaming apps like Spotify, Pandora, Apple Music and TV, YouTube, SiriusXM, Prime Video, TikTok and more.

With Taylor’s three lovely cats, expect to see pet suppliers and goods, especially cat food, being advertised.

But what a great opportunity this could be for impactful public service ads?

Pet rescue and humane societies: picture a young girl (or Kylie Kelce) picking up a cat, smiling and saying, “You belong with me.”

A simple message, “Are you okay?” followed by the national hotline for mental health: “Dial 988.”

The American Cancer Society speaking to millions between the ages of 9 to 25 – and their parents –  with the message: “Long Live. Ask your parents or doctor about the HPV vaccine, which can help prevent more than 90% of HPV-attributable cancers.”

Don’t blame me if insurance companies miss out on using their ad dollars to promote the message: “Don’t be the 1. Don’t text + drive.”

And, finally  –  just to piss off a few Dads, Brads and Chads  –  it’s delicate, but in my center square ‘Blank Space,’ I’ll be hoping for a commercial from the feminine hygiene market (yes  –  tampons, sanitary napkins, menstrual cups and vaginal products). Market revenue generated in the U.S. alone is estimated to be $4.72 billion in 2024. So, they can afford it!

To me, it doesn’t really matter if the Chiefs win or I get a bingo. With the help of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, Chiefs Nation and the NFL have already championed a year of incredible economic impact, new fans and happiness ... Evermore.
