This plant-based alternative subs the cream found in traditional Baileys for almond milk, made from almond oil, almond essence, sugar, water and vanilla.

Why almond milk? A Baileys representative tells My Vegan Journal that the company is simply looking to "get with the times." Indeed, according to Nielsen data, almond milk sales have seen 250 percent growth over the past five years.
