Congresswoman Terri Sewell is proposing December 1 annually to be a Rosa Parks National Holiday.

It is worthy to note that during the 1955 Bus Boycott crime decreased in the Montgomery Black community.

August 30, 1994, 81 year old Rosa Parks was robbed and beaten by a young crack-head in Detroit.

The Black community has been transmogrified since 1981. There needs to be a revival for unity and end to Black on Black crime in nexus with the holiday proposal.
