Toys for Tots community liaison praises supporters, volunteers, coordinator

To the editor:

I want to thank all of our Toys For Tots supporters for your support in 2021, and remind you that YOU are Toys for Tots, not me or any other volunteer. If it wasn't for you, there would be no Toys for Tots.

I decided to help with distribution last year on Dec. 11. I witnessed a very systematic, well-organized, well-oiled Marine machine.

Our superb coordinator, Diane Dutrow, the backbone of Toys For Tots of Washington County, deserves 90% of the credit in bringing all of this together on this very important day.

Well done, Diane!
