Letter to the editor: Court dishonors itself by overturning Roe v. Wade
This is a sad day in America. The Supreme Court has moved us back to the 1970s. It has taken away a right women have counted on for 50 years.
The court has dishonored itself by overturning Roe v. Wade with the help of three Trump appointees, all of whom, under oath, swore Roe v. Wade was settled law. They said they respected precedent in the court.
These three justices have shown they have no honor, do not honor truth and have taken interpretation of the Constitution to a new low.
The Supreme Court has been losing the trust of the American people due to its politicization, and it has just proven that it continues on this course.
