Letter to the editor: New Ohio license plates mandate unfair

I have two vehicles that I just bought new "handicapped" plates for in July of last year (only because I sometimes forgot to use my placards) at a great expense for those on limited income.

Why should I have to pay again? If the governor wants new plates on all vehicles, then he should make the handicapped ones in existence either exempt or send new ones at no charge.
