Letter: May God protect the US from incompetent President Biden

Fourteen months into the presidency of Joe Biden it is becoming increasingly apparent what an egregious mistake American voters made on Nov. 3, 2020!
Not only is President Biden incompetent, but he is failing to perform his duty to uphold and enforce the laws of the U.S.A.
I learned in grade school many years ago that our Constitution provides that the legislative branch of our federal government enacts laws and the executive branch is charged to enforce those laws.
President Biden has chosen to not enforce the laws that are in place, especially those pertaining to keeping our country safe by protecting our borders. Our southern border is a complete disaster. Career people working for Customs and Border Patrol are demoralized because of the criminal neglect of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and President Biden.
Deadly drugs coming in, sexual slavery, enrichment of criminal cartels and higher taxes for U.S. citizens are results of our president’s misguided policy.
The disaster of our nation’s disengagement from Afghanistan, where we left billions of dollars worth of sophisticated military weaponry to the Taliban, to say nothing of abandoning Americans there, and the weakness that we now see our president display in dealing with the likes of Russia’s Vladimir Putin and China’s Xi Jinping, certainly do not inspire confidence in our chief executive.
We are also paying the price for Biden’s “woke” energy policy. He canceled the Keystone XL pipeline and prohibited drilling on federal land. While his mistaken policy discouraged energy production in the U.S., when prices began to increase, he begged the Saudis to increase their production!
High oil prices are a boon to Russia right now since they are an energy exporter.
President Biden deserves to be impeached.
Though more deserving of impeachment and conviction than any previous president, I hope that it does not happen because the persons next in line for the presidency, Kamala Harris and Nancy Pelosi, would take the U.S.A. from the frying pan into the fire.
May God protect the United States of America!
