Lewis Capaldi jokes he is heartbroken following Harry Styles and Emily Ratajkowski kiss

Singer Lewis Capaldi has taken to social media to jokingly admit his distress after a video of Harry Styles kissing model Emily Ratajkowski was leaked online.

The Scottish singer, 26, shared a kiss with Styles, 29, at the Brit Awards in February, as the latter won Artist of the Year – one of four top gongs he took home on the night.

Capaldi joked after the duo kissed: “I just kissed Harry Styles on the lips,” adding: “I’m fully erect.”

But it would seem Capaldi was left – jokingly – heartbroken when video footage of Styles emerged of him kissing and dancing with the top model on the streets of Tokyo over the weekend.

The singer posted a 10-second video on his social media pages – showing him with a face of sadness and confusion alongside the words: “Me after seeing the video of Harry and emrata.”

In the background, the singer’s new song is playing and the lyrics: “So here’s to my beautiful life, that seems to leave me so unsatisfied,” can be heard.

Styles and Ratajkowski sparked dating rumours after the footage surfaced over the weekend.

A video obtained by MailOnline appears to show the pair dancing together on a street in Tokyo and kissing openly near a car.

Styles is currently on his Love on Tour and performed in Japan’s capital city earlier this week.

The former One Direction star most recently dated actress Olivia Wilde, 39, before their November break-up.

Model and actress Ratajkowski split from her filmmaker husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, 34, last September. The pair share two-year-old son Sylvester Apollo Bear.

She was recently dating comedian Eric Andrew and posted a photograph of them together while semi-nude on Valentine’s Day.

However, she hinted there had been an end to the “situationship” three days later.
