The annual food event from Smiley Pete returns Feb. 19-25 with off-menu specialty pizzas available from 14 local restaurants, including one that doesn’t serve pizza at all.

“We are so excited to bring back Lexington Pizza Week. These chef’s brought their creativity and uniqueness to every pizza,” said Amy Eddie of Smiley Pete Publishing. “From crawfish to ‘Nduja cream sauce to orange fennel toppings, I cannot wait to hear what the community thinks of these unique culinary pies!”
Each restaurant will offer two options — one meat, one vegetarian — for a price of $10 for a 10-inch pie or two extra large slices.
“We have several newcomers this year. Ethereal Slice joins Lexington Pizza Week for the first time serving a pizza with pastrami-cured and hard-wood smoked Maple Leaf Farm duck breast, arugula and pickled hot cherry peppers. Also in their inaugural appearance, Frenchy’s Food Truck will be at Pivot Brewing all week. This family operated business will be offering a calzone as well as a pizza,” Eddie said.
“For vegetarians, every location has a veggie option as well as a meat, and for vegans, Rolling Oven is offering two veggie options that can be prepared with vegan cheese,” she said.

Smokey Bourbon Mac Attack: White cheddar mac and cheese topped with chopped beef brisket, 100% mozzarella, savory bacon and finished with a bourbon glaze swirl.
The Mean Green Spinach Machine: Creamy spinach artichoke dip and 100% mozzarella on our freshly made hand tossed dough.
Ethereal Slice House
405 South Limestone; inside the Cornerstone Exchange Building (corner of Limestone & Avenue of Champions)
Jimi Thing: Fire-roasted red onion marmalade, a blend of fresh and aged whole milk mozzarella, pastrami-cured and hardwood-smoked Maple Leaf Farm duck breast, arugula, pickled hot cherry pepper, Grana Padana and a touch of fresh rosemary.
#41: Vodka cream sauce, aged whole milk mozzarella and goat cheese, Italian marinated and fire-roasted artichoke hearts, beer-braised mushrooms, red onion, and a touch of burnt rosemary, Grana Padana and fresh thyme.
Frenchy’s Pizza

Frenchy’s Supreme Calzone: Fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, roasted peppers and onions, folded into handcrafted dough, finished with Frenchy’s special blend and served with a marinara cup.
Frenchy’s Margherita: Handcrafted dough, fresh mozzarella, diced tomatoes, basil, olive oil drizzle, finished with a special Frenchy’s blend.
Goodfellas Pizzeria

Frankie Pickles: Spicy pepperoni paired with zesty dill pickle chips finished with a buffalo ranch drizzle. Pickles and pizza is not traditional, but it packs a punch in flavor.
Artie Bucco: The Artie Bucco is their take on a traditional spinach and artichoke dip.

The Swicy Shakespeare: Hand-made dough, house-made marinara, zesty red peppers, spicy sausage crumble, large pepperonis, and a generous layer of fresh mozzarella. Pizzas are crowned with a ‘swicy’ honey Sriracha drizzle.
