NEW YORK (AP) _ Lexington Realty Trust (LXP) on Thursday reported a key measure of profitability in its second quarter. The results matched Wall Street expectations.

The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for funds from operations of 19 cents per share.

The company said it had net income of $17.3 million, or 6 cents per share.

The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $81.8 million in the period, exceeding Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $79.3 million.

Lexington Realty expects full-year funds from operations in the range of 74 cents to 76 cents per share.

The company's shares have risen 12% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 27% in the last 12 months.
