LHSAA releases proposed districts for 2022-23 and 2023-24 high school sports seasons
Here are the Louisiana High School Athletic Association basic districts for the 2022-23 and 2023-24 high school sports seasons.
The LHSAA released its district plan on Monday. The districts will be for football, basketball, baseball, softball and track and field. All appeals by LHSAA schools must be submitted by noon on Nov. 13.
Class 5A
District 1-5A: Airline, Benton, C.E. Byrd, Captain Shreve, Haughton, Natchitoches-Central, Parkway, Southwood.
District 2-5A: Alexandria, Ouachita, Pineville, Ruston, West Monroe, West Ouachita.
District 3-5A: Acadiana, Barbe, Carencro, Comeaux, Lafayette, New Iberia, Sam Houston, Southside, Sulphur.
