Liam Payne is looking to offload his five-acre Calabasas compound. The former boy bander recently put the gated property on the market for $10.75 million, and based on listing photos, the estate is truly one of a kind. Situated behind security gates, the hillside home includes a 9,659-square-foot main house, two guesthouses, a teahouse that can be used for massages and meditation, a recording studio, and a resort-style pool. The grounds also include a large koi pond, a waterfall, organic gardens, and limestone patios with various spaces for outdoor dining and lounging, as well as an outdoor firepit and a small vineyard nearby.

The main house was built in 1991 and features five bedrooms and five bathrooms with lots of Old World charm, including dark polished hardwood floors, double-height coffered ceilings, and Spanish-style wrought iron chandeliers. One of the most unique rooms is a two-story library with a stately marble fireplace. A theater, a wine cellar, and a family kitchen also provide optimal amenities for entertaining.

The singer originally purchased the dwelling in December 2015 and reportedly lived there with his then-girlfriend, Cheryl Cole, and their son. By March 2017, however, the former One Direction singer had put the property on the rental market for $40,000 per month and upped the rent to $60,000 per month by the following January. In 2017, Payne told The Sun that Cole believed the master bedroom was haunted by a ghost wearing an army shirt and cargo pants, and so she initially refused to sleep upstairs. The couple would instead spend their evenings in the home theater for the duration of Cole’s pregnancy.
