LifeLight Festival returns to Sioux Falls this year after 5-year hiatus

After a five-year hiatus, the LifeLight Festival is coming back to Sioux Falls this September.

There will be a number of award-winning Christian artists including Skillet, Colton Dixon and Cade Thompson. A full list of the lineup is expected to be announced soon.

LifeLight Festival is free and open to the public, and returns to Sioux Falls as a way to mark 25 years of "faith through music," a press release from the organizers Friday stated.

“We live in a great community and felt it was time to bring the festival right to the heart of the city,” said Josh Brewer, CEO of LifeLight. “Along with our mission, we believe that being in downtown Sioux Falls brings the most potential to reach those in need.”

Along with artists, the LifeLight Festival will feature local and international speakers, including Brewer, Jon Setzer, and Alan Greene.

“The message speaks louder than the music,” said Jon Setzer, Evangelist and Chief Operating Officer of LifeLight. “They will know that we are Christians by our love for one another and the way that we come together to reach this city.”

The festival is scheduled for Sept. 3 in downtown Sioux Falls. Continued festival updates including future artists announcements can be found here.
