Lifelong 'astronomy moments' inspire young astrophysicist's path

An impressive achievement for a Sacramento State University alum -- the astrophysicist/space educator was just named on an exclusive list of the top science, technology, engineering, arts and math leaders and innovators in the world under the age of 24. Elizabeth Gabler, 23, recently received international recognition for her work in the astrophysics and space education fields. The Mars Generation organization named her on its "24 under 24" list -- meaning, she's now considered one of the top young STEM innovators in the world.
