Lightning Flashes Above Austin as Storms Sweep Southern Texas
Lightning repeatedly flashed above Austin, Texas, as severe storms moved across the state’s south on October 13.
The National Weather Service warned of “dangerous flash flooding” in some areas as the storms affected cities including Austin and San Antonio. San Antonio police urged motorists to stay off the roads and avoid low water crossings.
