Dionne Warwick isn’t the only Grammy Award-winning music icon who believes Teyana Taylor is the perfect fit to portray her in a biopic.

Lil Kim, who said she’s been fielding a “few offers” for an upcoming film chronicling her life, has her sights on the Harlem-bred renaissance woman to do the job.

“I love Teyana [Taylor],” The “Queen B---” rapper told Essence. “She’s my only other thought. There’s nobody else in the industry at all but Teyana”

Taylor, a Kanye West protégé who fronted a VH1 reality show with her husband Iman Shumpert, has acting credits including Lee Daniels’ Fox series “Star,” Tyler Perry’s “Madea’s Big Happy Family” and the low budget indie flicks “Brotherly Love” and “The Trap.”

She is also set to next star in the eagerly anticipated “Coming to America” sequel, which is due to stream on Amazon Prime in March.

In December, the singer, songwriter, choreographer, music video director and nail salon owner was thrust further into the zeitgeist late last year amid Warwick’s newly-minted status as a social media sensation. On Twitter, the legendary pop chanteuse floated the idea for a proposed Netflix biographical series and said Taylor is the obvious choice to portray her.

The “Lady Marmalade” remake artist, whose real name is Kimberly Denise Jones, said she sees her own life story being told in documentary and biopic formats, similar to Netflix’s “Roxanne, Roxanne” about hip hop trailblazer Roxanne Shante.

“I want people to know the real Kim. All the stories that everybody else tells, chile, don’t listen to it,” she continued. “I see my movie in parts. So I have to find the perfect little girl, then I have to find the teenager, then I have to find the perfect teenager into almost like young adult, and then I play the remaining part myself.”

Of the potential project, the former Atlantic Records hitmaker said she has a few offers and more information about will be released in a month.

Selling more than 30 million singles worldwide and over 15 million albums since her 1994 debut alongside the Brooklyn-bred rap outfit Junior M.A.F.I.A., Lil Kim was the protégé and lover of late rap kingpin The Notorious B.I.G. during the 1990s.

“Power” star Naturi Naughton portrayed the hip hop heavyweight in the George Tillman Jr. film “Notorious.” Although he former 3LW singer and Broadway performer turned out a notable performance, Lil Kim didn’t hesitate openly criticizing the casting choice.
