Lincoln County man missing after car crash: Sheriff

LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — An Iron Station man is missing after possibly crashing a vehicle, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say they were called to Keever Dairy Farm Road around 7:30 a.m. on February 18 to find a vehicle that had crashed into a bridge. However, no one was in the vehicle and a driver or any possible passengers could not be found.

It is believed that 36-year-old Jacob Lockman, who lives on Orchard Road in Iron Station, was the driver of the vehicle

On February 19, Lockman’s father reported him missing and family members say they have not heard from Lockman since the crash.

According to officials, the front of the vehicle has heavy damage and Lockman may be injured.

Lockman is described as a white man standing 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
