MACOMB — The Macomb Education Foundation and the Parent Teacher Organization recently purchased new musical instruments for Lincoln Elementary School students.

Both the PTO and the MEF support local students and teachers through their fundraising efforts for school supplies and equipment and other initiatives that benefit students and help teachers. The major PTO fundraiser each year is the Walk-A-Thon in the fall. MEF raises funds by selling coupons at school buildings as well as popular shopping locations on the downtown square and Jackson Street in Macomb.

You can find out more about these organizations on their websites. To learn more about the Lincoln PTO, visit their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/bittybombers/.
