Lindsay Lohan Ordered to Pay Former Driver $40k
Lindsay Lohan owes her former driver over $40,000 and now he's won the right to go after that money in California.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a small claims court in Los Angeles ruled that Edson Ricci — who previously sued Lohan in New York and won — can try and collect on that settlement in Cali as well.
The former driver originally sued Lohan back in 2015, claiming she owed him $27,839.18 for unpaid car services and a hotel bill. He claimed to have only worked for her for a few months in 2012.
He claimes she originally owed him $43,900 but she paid off some of the debt but left an outstanding balance.
Ricci claims he is still owed $41,563.60, which is the amount he's been authorized to collect in California as well.
According to reports at the time, Lohan never responded to the lawsuit and it's unclear if she did anything in the California courts to fight this off either.
