Linebacker Channing Tindall, the Dolphins' top draft pick in 2022, signs rookie contract

Linebacker Channing Tindall, the Dolphins’ top draft pick this year, has signed his rookie contract, the team announced Wednesday.

Tindall, a third-rounder taken 102nd overall, is due to receive a $849,024 signing bonus as part of a four-year, $5.044 million deal, according to spotrac.com.

Seventh-round picks Cameron Goode, a linebacker, and Skylar Thompson, a quarterback, have already signed, leaving receiver Erik Ezukanma as the only unsigned Dolphins draft pick.

Tindall was a four-year letterman at Georgia. In 50 games for the Bulldogs, he had 108 tackles (54 solo), 12 sacks and one forced fumble. As a senior in 2021, he earned second-team All-SEC honors with 67 tackles for the national champion Bulldogs.
