Lithuania extends EUR 40 million in military aid to Ukraine

“This year Lithuania will invest up to EUR 40 million for procurements in support of Ukraine’s military,” said Anusauskas.

“This will include anti-drones, optics, thermo-visual devices, and drones.”

The minister added that EUR 2 million will be forwarded to UK’s international fund that finances heavy weapon procurement for Kyiv.

On Jan. 11, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda said Vilnius will provide Ukraine with L70 anti-air systems and ammunition for them.
