May 30---- UPMC Astros 5, J Hicks Diamondbacks 1 — Dylan Gardner came out of the gates swinging with a hard leadoff double to start the game as the Astros jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first inning, and the Astros wouldn't look back.

Gardner finished the game with another double off the fence. Dante Evans (one RBI) and Vaugh Kansko (three RBI) also finished with multi-hit games as well. Lincoln Breit and Mason Allison had a hit a piece for the Astros.

For the Diamondbacks, Ty Turosky, Jaxon Hicks and Seth Lordo (one RBI) had the only hits for their team.

Dante Evans pitched a four innings, striking out 10 and allowing three hits. Lincoln Breit came in for the save, pitching two shutout innings allowing no hits while striking out three.

Ty Turosky pitched four innings for the Diamondbacks, striking out 10 while allowing five runs on six hits. Jaxon Hicks pitched 1 2/3 innings striking out four while allowing two hits.
