Little Rock police make arrest in homicide investigation tied to body found in car near Clinton National Airport

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Little Rock Police Department has made an arrest in connection with a homicide investigation stemming from a body that was found in a car near the airport earlier this month.

LRPD officials said 26-year-old Keith Kinchen of North Little Rock was arrested on Wednesday in connection with the death of 23-year-old Qwun’Don Marks of Pine Bluff.

On Feb. 1, officials with the LRPD said officers were checking a vehicle in the 2100 block of Security Avenue shortly after noon when they discovered the body of a man with gunshot wounds, later identified as Marks.

The location where the officers found Marks is a residential area just on the outskirts of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport complex.

Kinchen is facing a charge of capital murder.
