REPLAY: ISP gives update on investigation of Liberty German, Abigail Williams homicides

These flowers were left at one entrance to the Monon High Bridge, a spot which Abigail Williams, 13, and Liberty German, 14, were known to have visited on Feb. 13, 2017, on the day they were killed.

Indiana State Police hosted a news conference Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, to give an update in the investigation of two young girls' deaths in Delphi, Indiana.

Police announced that Delphi resident Richard Allen, 50, was arrested and charged with two counts of murder in the deaths of Libby and Abby. Carter added the probable cause affidavit remains sealed.
